hey aub, my friend Sammy told me this.. I haven't been to the site so I don't know if it is any good.....
I use www.shabbyprincess.com to download (free) digital scrapbooking stuff. Then I use www.photobucket.com to upload it (free) to get an html code for the design. Then I just put it into the html code on blogger.
ok aub, I asked another friend how she got really cute wallpaper and blog background. Go to www.pyzam.com and then on the left hand side go to blogger layouts... and then go through them and pick one.. they are pretty cool. love ya
