Kira has been the most perfect baby ever. We love her so much. She still sleeps through the entire night and most of the day. When she is a awake she is smiley and happy.

 Coney Island Cyclone YIKES!!! Sep 5, 2011

We have been having a great time checking things off our NYC bucket list.  We decided to ride the Cyclone in Brooklyn. Josh' s buddy told him that the back car was the most fun because you really get whipped around back there. Of course we are always up for an adventure.   As we were boarding the ride we were taking pictures (as you can see I have my glasses on my head). The ride guy told me, "you better hold onto those glasses". So I put them in my shirt and hooked them to my bra. I knew we were in trouble as soon as we plummeted down the first hill. My glasses came flying out and I barely caught them. The car was very small and Josh is very tall so the bar that holds you in was not all the way down on me. I was screaming and holding onto the bar for my life as I would come off my seat six inches each time we went down a hill.  It was so rickety and each time we would go down another hill I didn't know if I should tense up or go limp and just let it throw me around. Let me just say that this, my parents always told me that they still feel young but there body's were getting older. I never understood that until today!

Lexi loved all the rides Cooper did not. The crazy thing is that he wanted to get on all the rides and then just as they stared to move he would start to cry. So funny!

 Last Trip to the Jersey Shore 9/10/11

This was also Kira's first trip to the beach

 Josh just had to dip Kira's feet in the water, so that she could say she had been in the Atlantic Ocean.

 

 It was very sad to leave that day. We knew this would be the last time our little family would have the chance to visit this wonderful and peaceful place. Goodbye Jersey Shore you have been good to us over the last 7 years! Hopefully our paths will cross again someday.

Last Yankees Game. Our kids love the Yankees and Baseball.

 This was also Kira's first trip to Yankees Stadium (outside of my belly Ha! Ha!)
